INFORMATION - COVID 19

The COVID-19 situation has affected all of our day-to-day activities. We therefore thank you for your understanding regarding our response times to your requests and/or repairs of your products, whether covered or not by the guarantee. We and our partner repairers are doing our utmost to meet your needs as quickly as possible. However, to avoid any inconveniences caused by unforeseeable contingencies, we recommend you to make a phone call to confirm the opening time before dropping in there.

 

Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase for warranty,
there is no need to apply warranty.

2 YEARS WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

2 Years Warranty** for purchases from 1 July 2015 on Tefal and Rowenta small domestic appliances; including Tefal limited guarantee on Cookware/Bakeware/Pressure Cooker cookware^ excluding knives, manual chopper, kitchen tools, bakeware, accessories and spare parts.

** Proof of purchase (eg. Purchase receipt) is necessary. Purchase receipt can be photo, scanned or picture copied.
