INFORMATION- COVID 19

The Covid-19 situation has affected all of our day-to-day activities. We therefore thank you for your understanding regarding our response times to your requests and/or repairs of your products, whether covered or not by the guarantee. We and our partner repairers are doing our utmost to meet your needs as quickly as possible. Our authorized service partner will close the service centre on every Saturday from 18th of Apr 2020 until further notice but will keep the service centre opening in office hours of weekdays to our customers. However, to avoid any inconveniences caused by unforeseeable contingencies, we recommend you to make a phone call to confirm the opening time before dropping in there.

2 Years Warranty** for purchases from 1 July 2015 on Tefal and Rowenta small domestic appliances; including Tefal limited guarantee on Cookware/Bakeware/Pressure Cooker cookware^ excluding knives, manual chopper, kitchen tools, bakeware, accessories and spare parts.

** Proof of purchase (eg. Purchase receipt) is necessary. Purchase receipt can be photo, scanned or picture copied.
